Ultra-Web Cartridge Filters
Offered for a full range of dust, fume and mist collection applications, Donaldson Ultra-Web® filters outperform and outlast other filters.
Ultra-Web is proprietary and made with an electrospinning process that produces a very fine, continuous, resilient fiber of 0.2-0.3 micron in diameter to form a permanent web-like net. This fine fiber “web” with its very fine interfiber spaces is constructed onto tough cellulose substrate media, resulting in:
- A more robust media that captures even submicron dust on the surface
- Better pulse cleaning and lower pressure drop
- Cleaner air, longer filter life, and greater cost savings
Ultra-Web NL Cartridge Filters
Construction without outer liner enhances performance on agglomerative dust. Filtration efficiency MERV-15. Premium performance on ambient, extremely fine and non-fibrous dust. Enhanced dust release. Maximum operating temperature 180°F/82°C. (Optional Flame Retardant Media)
Ultra-Web SB Cartridge Filters
Ultra-Web® SB cartridge filters offer the unmatched surface loading capabilities of our standard Ultra-Web filters with a spunbond substrate that stands up to more abrasive dusts, harsh chemicals and moisture.
The proprietary Donaldson Ultra-Web media employs a web of very fine, resilient fiber 0.2-0.3 microns in diameter to catch submicron dust particles at the surface of the filter. This prevents particulates from settling in deep in the filter substrate, allowing Ultra-Web SB cartridge filters to last up to twice as long as traditional filters. Fibra-Web Cartridge Filters
Donaldson Fibra-Web® cartridge filters feature a wide pleat spacing designed to improve the efficiency of pulse cleaning of fibrous and agglomerative particles.
The synthetic substrate is covered with a web of very fine, resilient fiber 0.2-0.3 microns in diameter to catch very fine dust particles at the surface of the filter. This prevents particulates from settling in deep in the filter substrate. The result is a filter that lasts longer, with significantly lower pressure drop than competitive filters. A wide range of styles and sizes fit most popular brands and styles of collectors.
Torit-Tex Cartridge Filters
Torit-Tex® cartridge filters have wide pleat spacing and smooth hydrophobic state-of-the-art PTFE membrane layer over a polyester spunbond substrate and provides excellent particle release.
We highly recommend these filters for chemical, food, and industrial processing when product contamination must be minimized.
Torit-Tex CD Cartridge Filters
Conductive media with a certified resistivity level of 104 OHM. Applications where electrostatic charges can be dangerous. Maximum operating temperature 200°F/93°C.
Torit-Tex HCD Cartridge Filters
Conductive media with certified resistivity level of 104OHM. Applications where electrostatic charges can be dangerous and with higher temperatures up to 275°F/135°C.
High Temp Cartridge Filters

Thermo-Web Cartridge Filters

Vibra Shake Cartridge Filters
Vibra-Shake™ cartridge filters offer enhanced performance due to a unique combination of fiber sizes and a more uniform fiber distribution.
The Vibra-Shake cartridge filter is used in the Vibra-Shake self-cleaning dust collector for intermittent applications where high collection efficiency is essential, such as reclaiming precious metals. The Vibra-Shake cartridge filter features proprietary Pleatloc™ corrugation that assures uniform pleat spacing for better self-cleaning and longer filter life.
